1. About us
These terms apply to services provided by Iron Base ("we", "us", "our"), a security staffing and training business based at 45 Fernbank Avenue, Hornchurch, RM12 5RB, operating under English law.
2. Services
Iron Base provides security staffing services (including door supervisors, security guards and CCTV operatives) and security training courses to clients in Greater London.
Full service terms, including booking conditions, notice periods, cancellation policy and payment terms, will be set out in individual service agreements or booking confirmations. These will be provided before any service commences.
3. Compliance and licensing
All operatives supplied by Iron Base hold valid SIA licences appropriate to their role. Iron Base complies with relevant UK employment, health and safety, and data protection legislation.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Iron Base's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the fees paid for those services in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5. Training courses
Course bookings, cancellation policies, assessment procedures and certification details will be set out in individual course booking confirmations. SIA licence applications are the responsibility of the learner and made directly to the Security Industry Authority following successful course completion.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
